Hey guys, here is our performance from this past weekend. We had a lot of fun performing in New York City and look forward to coming to the east coast again some time soon! We would love critiques to enhance our dancing and routine ::)

Intro was sick. Everyone shouldve just done what Gurbir did for the opening.
I think if you guys limited the gimmicks for this particular comp it was a deffinite placing set.
Bring back BBC Jugni!!!!!

Gary you ripped it homie!
Green jordi is super solid.

P. S. I think Karan is better at being Woody haha

you guys have some strong dancers - starting off with jhummar was creative and well done. i was feeling the absence of a khundey segment (i know there is no rule written anywhere that you have to use khundey or saaps or katos etc, but i think you guys could have benefited from having a solid one). jhummar gimmick was nicely upgraded from boston.

i think you had too gimmicky of a set for the type of judges we had at this competition - the apple was funny but i think it ended up distracting from the dancing and power of ending segment.

those crazy glow in the dark things you started off mela with were awesome to see live, whwatever weapons from the future those are - but again, i think the delay in the mela starting made it somewhat anticlimactic, and then you ended set with not everyone on stage.

starting the set off with the one by one glow in the dark things would be pretty hot - i think this set would be perfect for boston with some "tightening" of some dancer's legs and arms (a little more controlled just so you guys look cleaner)

I really enjoy Nishani's routines. Always have something new and refreshing compared to what I've been seeing these days. I also think you guys have been robbed in the past.

For this comp it makes sense why you guys didn't place, but I hope you guys keep competing and looking forward to see more sets. In terms of dancing as a team you guys have improved a lot from when I saw you guys at BBC. And watching this as an audience member at Big Apple, you guys presented Nishani Bhangra more as a team than before.

I would take it down a notch with the gimmicks and work on form. You don't need gimmicks. Your team has enough talent to make some noise without interrupting your set with shit that anyone could theoretically do (i.e. bringing the guy out at the end, the flashlight/glow in the dark stuff, etc.). Work on keeping backs straight, distributing energy through the whole routine, and most importantly dancing through the WHOLE beat (not just hitting 1, 2, 3, & 4 but instead take the whole beat and have the steps flow).
