I'm a new adult learner and I find that when doing feet movements that require leg raises (ex. Punjab, Chaffa, Dhamaal) the area where the raised leg meets my hip tends to "snap" when I bring my leg back down.
Does anyone else experience this? I don't feel any pain, but I was wondering if anyone could share advice on how to stop this "snapping" (I'm not sure how else to describe it, hopefully someone knows what I'm talking about).
