Here is our mix from Bruin Bhangra, all credit goes to our very own SARGAM SETHI! Sargam really went all out on this mix, so if you download it, please leave the kid some love! ;D

Hope you all enjoy listening to it as much as we did performing to it. If any team needs a mix, hit up Sargam Sethi (sargam627@gmail.com), kids got potential ;D

really liked the song choice in this mix - keep it up sargam! things flow in and out pretty well even when two-liners are used :)

Once a person starts frequenting btf, u end up absorbing everything that goes on in the bhangra world. The good, the bad, everything punjabi.Ur knowledge grows, especially if your on a few times a day, :p . Some stuff people know to look forward to, like sgpd's elite 8 set or NJ's upcoming set at Tdot. AEG is a well known team thats known to be creative, but this set based on creativity alone, was incredible and memorable on so many different levels. I didn't expect so much next level shit. I've been watching comps closely for a couple years, and this year, for me personally pcbca and you AEG guys got pushed right up to the top among my fav teams that are considered the "best" or trend-setters. Mix was sick!!!!!! mitti mitti was next level!!

weeks later, this mix still bumps...listen to it with good head phones or you will never be able to hear all the samples and layers sargam used...listening on a lap top is like listening to it with only one working ear...

This may be just personal opinion but sometimes I feel that you guys use far too many samples in one segment. I listen and try to identify all the sounds I'm hearing and it detracts from the original song. I find myself losing concentration on the actual songs themselves and focus more on the sounds. Example: Putting the chan varga and sardari vocals over the beginning of notorious, it just seemed like a clusterfuck of sound coming through with no sense of depth. It was just THERE!

Your intro's are always killer, like none I've heard before in Bhangra mixes. Big ups.

I didn't understand the meaning of bringing in the nishawn bhullar sample in teh ending.. :\ And sargam, bro you gotta stop those kicks from distorting. The mix is 8 decibels past peak. Gotta fix that cuz I know Mixcraft doesn't give you a numerical value for when teh mix is peaking so its hard to tell.

Overall, it sounded sick on stage and in teh GTV video and with the song selection you guys had, a first place winning mix through and through. Congrats :)
