Anyway, that appears to be quite an old album, hence it will be hard to find.

They seems to have it for $3.99 (search for CDNR 0264 in the pdf file). Ask them if they would be willing to ship it out to you.

you "bump" an old thread by going to it and posting on it. threads are ranked on the front page by time of most recent post; therefore, an old thread that no one has posted on in a while will not be on that list. however, when you go onto it and post there, that post "bumps" that old thread back up to the top of the "recent threads" list.
