Aman Hayer at DDA 12?

Wasn't Aman Hayer suppose to perform LIVE & DIRECT at DDA? OR was he just suppose to announce the results?

This is exactly what I thought walking into the comp last night. Could someone from DDA explain what exactly happened and if he was never expected to perform at the comp why would you market his apperance in such a manner.

Just to add to my request for an explanation from the DDA committee on Aman Hayer’s appearance at the comp, an explanation which goes beyond the simple “we apologize for any misunderstandings the promo videos may have created” would be much appreciated because it is clear you knew exactly what you were promoting in the videos.

It's not whether he sings or not. The DDA committee officially advertised this on their facebook stating that he will sing 2 songs and through their videos. As of this point, i do not think the after-party is a question, because if he did not do anything out there too then hell would have broken loose.. The point here is, not to fool people by marketing something you do not have or is not going to happen. Everyone, knows he is not a singer and is a producer... He himself said it in the video "LIVE & DIRECT"..

As far as I know they said that he will be releasing his 2 songs from his upcoming album at the afterparty.

I guess DDA is done, they made the money that had to so why provide an official word. All i got to say is, people are not stupid, don't advertise or promote something that is not going to happen. This is the 1st year you guys bring out an artist and fool people that he will be performing at the show.

Agree! But why advertise him as a special performer of the comp. Even if he sucks and does not know how to sing, since the DDA Committe said that he would be performing LIVE at the show, he should. The question here is not about being a producer or a singer, the questions is about the DDA Committe, trying to boost up ticket sales by advertising that Aman Hayer will be performing at the comp. which did not happen. It's about fooling people, if you as the committee know that Aman Hayer is not going to perform at the come then don't advertise it..... DDA pretty much advertised something and did not fulfill it in other words fooled the crowd.
