Hey BTF! Here's our video from BATF this past weekend!

We had a blast and the Niagara Falls was beautiful like usual! The competition wasn't as smooth as expected, but glad that all the teams were still able to perform. Huge, huge shoutout to Atinder for doing whatever he could to help the teams out. We all appreciated your hard work the entire weekend! The teams probably wouldn't have been able to get on stage if it wasn't for you. Also, we're very sorry to Xtreme for the injuries that they got, resulting in them not competing. We hope you guys get better and kill it on the circuit soon!

Congratulations to SPD and Steel City on their placings!

Red: Harjot Kaur and Guntas Dhanoa
Black: Navkiran Munday and Jagtar Sohal
Yellow: Krupa Patel and Ammansher Sidhu
Green: Sugandhjot Dhanoa and Yuvraj Gill

Special shoutout to Jagga, Guntas and Vick Gill for making our mix and coaching us! You guys are the best! :)

Hope you guys enjoy and constructive feedback will be very much appreciated!!

Feedback:

Things I liked:

-Starting off with khunde chaal was cool and different. I liked the song too. I've been looking for it so if anyone has it can you send it to me. :p
-Set was clean for 3 weeks of practice.

Bad:
-Energy. Krupa and Suga gotta pick up the energy. Take the time before your next comp to work on energy. It used to be a huge problem, and I found that as I danced more energy became second nature because the moves became more natural. Do the set 2 times a day and you will find yourself not even thinking about how tired you are.
-Confusion. There were parts were I did not get the choreo. Specifically at 7:42. Make sure every move makes sense. However, with 3 weeks of prep stuff like that will happen.

Good:
-Guntas(screw the saap thing, sh*t happens), Navu, Harjot, Jagga. Y'all killed it.
-Mix flowed well. Good song selection.
-Set was tailored to the comp. Very smart and veteran move.
-Girls danced big.

Improvements that can be made:
-Energy
-Yuvi, You're big guy. Don't be afraid to use your length and size to you're advantage to make a larger stage presence.
-Add more variety to the moves.

Krupa you have gotten a lot better since the last time I saw you dance (Boiler 2014). Use the momentum from this performance to get even better.

Awesome job repping the D!

Sorry for any grammatical errors.

Energy is definitely my biggest weakness! Yeah, there was a brief hiatus since I first performed :p Suppose I should've worked on my stamina during that time. Didn't think I'd get a chance to dance again haha, glad I did. Thanks for the feedback Sahab! ;D

We only went co-ed for this specific competition lol. We are an all girls team coming out of Detroit, Michigan with a whole new group of girls after three years of not dancing so hopefully we'll be competing as an all girls team very soon! :)

Congrats on the placing ASD!

Just some pointers, I think teams start to get creative before building dancers. You ladies need to make sure your dancers are up to speed when it comes to arms legs hands and most importantly stamina. It gets difficult to go ahead and execute a set well, especially if your focusing on completing the set and not keeping mind to how your executed moves look to the audience. Focus on stamina, and how you want to execute your moves, and then go on and add the creativity!
