Just had an eargasm. I don't even think that was biologically possible, but after listening to this mix, I'm a believer.
Boli in the beginning was sickkkk. Mix equalized and normalized like a true professional. Song choice was fresh too: good mix of classicals and a few new ones. Keep up the good work brah!

This mix made my "Top 25 Most Played" list on iTunes and somehow, listening to the mix again right now, it sounds just as fresh as it did my first time hearing it :D

Full discolure: A few days back, I received a fb message to provide feedback on this mix from my dear friend Sangeen. So this is my take without having seen a performance by this team.

Loved the intro/start - the emphasis on the vocals was great up until 0:43 and I imagine this would have worked great for the team's opening sher.

Good transition from 0:43-0:45, I liked the use of the bass reverb effect to keep it simple & clean.

Great song choice with the song starting at 0:46ish.

I wasn't really feeling the rap lyrics in the background from 0:51 to 0:55ish. I didn't really think it added much and sort of clashed with the Punjabi lyrics (according to my ears). I would have choose a different sample to use here.

0:56-1:02 - Holy BASS. Great time to pump up a listener & crowd. I imagine the team to break out some powerful moves at his point. Really made my subwoofer work.

1:03-1:07 - There was a great slow down effect and a well placed "hoi" repeat effect. Overall this was essential to be placed here otherwise I would have thought the mix to sound quite repetitive by this point (especially due to continous heavy bass).

1:07-1:16 - Once again, the rap was brought in, but it's so faint.. that I don't think it does much for the mix. Maybe that was your goal? Who knows.

1:36-1:41ish - I loved the piano's added into the background of the songs. While this was also a bit faint, it flowed really well with the song. I'm not sure this is part of the original song or if you added it in, nonetheless, good stuff!

1:41-1:42ish - No transition here, which was a bit odd, because it's almost like the team wanted to stop something completely & move to doing something else very quickly.

1:47-2:02 - Very nicely done. A lot of different things happening here, but loved everything you did.

2:02-2:03ish - Good transition with a clip of of Manak-E "Kehndi mere pair dukh dhe" + bruahh sound effect + explosive bass sound. Again, quite simple, but effective.

A bit too much exaggerated bass for my taste with Manak-E's "Pair Dukh Dhe" song.

2:47-2:48 - Transition sounded really weird to me. Not sure where you were going there.. I understand the build up and then drop into the lyrics, but it sounded very "stop & start" between the Punjabi song & the rap song.

2:55-3:05 - Tough transition here due to the next song having such a different tempo, but it worked for you. The small build up & the "bruahhhh" sound effect was really simple - but I appreciated the "hey hey" sound effect carried over into the beginning of the Punjabi song.

3:43-3:44 - I think your transitions are getting too simple. This is another example that sounded a bit abrupt to me. I did like the panning effect of the sound that followed shortly after though (the sound effect that moved from right to left twice)

3:51-4:23 - Good sound affects & strong bass drops at well-timed moments in the Punjabi song

4:24-4:26 - Great transition here. It flows so naturally & well. Great job.

5:07-5:08 - There could have been a better transition here. Again, it seems very "stop & start" with the cut you made.

5:09-5:46 - This was hott. The slow down in satisfya just sounded awesome.

5:46-6:45 - THANK YOU FOR BRINGING BACK & INCORPORATING SOME CLASSICS! YES :D These are songs that majority of the audience recognize & it's great for the younger generation to be exposed to this stuff!

A good outro at the end, but I couldn't understand what the last words being repeated were. At first I thought it was a DJ tag, but it doesn't sound anything like Sangeen. It sounds like the word "sikhi." lol.

I hope this helps somewhat. It took several days for me to write as I only had the time to listen to the mix in pieces (note: I did listen to the mix as a whole, but it takes me time to get detailed & break it apart to comment). Overall, your mixing has improved a lot over the years.

Hope you can also provide more feedback (especially in detail) to others who are starting off or need help sir. Great mix overall.

~ Basim :)
