there's a lot of algerian french, and I caught a lot of french phrases in there (especially the first rapper)

The youtube comments are also french. the girl is singing "suis nous" over and over in chorus. My high school french tells me that's 'follow us'

The whole song is in French. :) If you like, I'll try to translate it when I have time.

There is no language called "Algerian". The main spoken language in Algeria is Arabic. Since Algeria was a French colony, French is still widely studied in the country and many Algerians do speak French, but it is not the main language of daily conversation. Post-independence, many Algerians settled in France. Now there are plenty of 2nd- and 3rd-generation Algerian French. These people (such as the artists of this song) speak mostly French, but still feel a strong connection to their Algerian identity.

like the book "The Stranger" by Albert Camus. Most of the characters are French and speak French but the story is set in Algeria.
