Unfortunately AEG was not able to compete this year at BAB. However good luck to all the teams. My sleeper pick is Furteelay Shokeen. Those boys have become sick dancers and after MLIB showing they gonna come hard.

not sure if anyone has bought this up, but the website says "virsa our tradition" under the judges. What does that mean? How many people are judging? Are the names going to be released?


Seems strange that a team would judge a comp and not actual judges...


also, can we buy tix at the door? How much will they cost at the door as opposed to now...thanks in advance and goodluck to all the teams and the organizers!

Hmmm....I'm pretty sure not all members of the VOT team are judging but just as a whole every member of the judges panel is on VOT. The names will most likely be released pretty soon. Also I think that VOT judging is actual a pretty good idea. They started BAB and they know how they want BAB to be judged (traditionally) so who better to judge then them. Tix are on sale at door too for $5 extra on the online prices, but I hear they are selling out fast though so online would be best.

That makes sense, but i'm pretty sure they don't have much experience judging between them. Just because a group of people knows what they want to see, doesn't mean they can judge. Judging is a skill that requires experience, not mere opinions. Will they have feedback? It may turn into Virsa vs. their own teams that they invited. This could get messy without transparency and tact.
