thanks! yeah, no one to blame but ourselves. Pretty much just lack of practice, got the set and team together in less than a month and the girls haven't danced or practiced since Allstars. Shoutouttt to Achint from Rutgers for being our eighth girl last minute! :)

Achint = Beast,

set was goood, loved the jugni segment, would love to see you all compete more often, and to hopefully expand the team to 10 or possibly even 12. Missed not seeing NANDNI !!! goood job BN, keep it going

Overall, I like the set itself in terms of choreo but as was mentioned the low energy took away from the performance. If y'all just had some more power to the moves it would have added a lot.

I really liked the jhummar segment! Phumaniya was sort of all over the place and a bit messy...and jugni - peeps need to get much lower, especially tall girls, a lot of people were standing!

The set seemed very low in energy. I felt that you guys were worrying about formations more than the moves or bhangra itself.
If practiced more, I know this set would look much much better.

most of the ladies above me stated the obvious, you girls don't seem too into it except just that one chick in the green fit, and yeah maybe if you guys had more girls you can make much better use of the stage or if there are no more girls available then just spread out the formations how AVA and other 8 person teams do it, maybe get a bit more creative? i know you girls are keeping it folk but maybe u guys can try adding a little something extra into it the performance that will stick out and wow the audience and still keep it clean and folk @the same time. just my 2 cents.

You girls have the potential but execution of the moves was off. Stamina was lacking, but even if you have stamina and are lacking execution it still doesnt work.

I felt like a lot of the moves were 'Fahabad' as I like to call it, not completed and randomly thrown in.

Shikke- choreo was good but the song needs to be slower. Shikke werent being opend enough b/c the song was too fast

There was a 19 sec break from the moment you played your shikka last to when you picked up your khunde. The break/prop transition is too long

I feel like the khunde song brought the routine down, got a bit boring

During the kato segment you only did one foot movement that whole segment other then the jump. Try incorporating other footwork

Jugnee too fast

Goodluck at future comps!! Pay attention to detail, you girls have a great team :)

Shikka song was too fast, shikkeh were opened only half way. After the main segment, Shikkeh could have been used and not just held up..

Transition---Pause too long.

Khunda segment was good..

Transition---Pause too long.

Katoan, some dancers were just holding the rassi and not making the poonsh dance.

Transition into jhummar--If you would have done the stage respect before starting of jhummar,it would have looked better in both ways, would have made a good transition and not make the second song look awkward because you already started jhummar, and you have a pause again.

5:18 something weird happened.

Otherwise jhummar was traditional.

Phummnia was good liked the variation. Looked girly and cute.

That dhamaal circle looked very forced.

Charkha step was good..

Jugni was tooo forced, should have started chaal where you guys did udaariya. Fahavaddia may be the right term like hK said.

Feroji 7:24.

Trasition into mela, took too long also..

Addition to the nj daang step was cool

Individuals, shorter red and and green stood out because of their energy.

I really like the routine, very traditional like always, just lacked energy. Some dancer even more than others.

If you fix the transitions, and practice more, build stamina, you can have a really good composition.

good luck in the future. Compete more, hope to see more of you. Good luck again!

-saap segment did seem fast, but it was on beat.
-I liked the Jhoomer, song mostly.
-It felt like I was watching alot of follow the leader though.
-And I agree about the energy. I noticed it the most in the jhoomer.
-I ono if its the camera angle but at about 3:30 the yellow jodi seems like she struggled with her foot work to get back to her spot and it made the formation look like it was shifted more towards the left (audience view)
-I like the song/formation/moves at 5 min lol
-5:43 front left jodi....... jugni nu ki hogeya?
-I liked the dhamaal again song choice was nice.
-Alot of people were on different levels through the whole things. Some legs higher than others in dhamaal, jugnis different, in the 2 circles in the dhamaal when you kinda link onto eachother, everyone was skipping at different times so it didnt look like it flowed
-6:34 ish different hands were going up at different times.
-Nachdi de first half was just the same move. Dont bust out at random times with energy... it made me feel awkward for you.
- It seemed like the mela started randomly like instead of waiting for all the dancers to start it it was like, first one to pick up their prop start the mela scene. but it looked sloppy because i didnt even know what anyone wwas doing until all the dancers were in it.

I loved phumniya. It actually looked like all the dancers enjoyed it too cuz i saw a pump in their energy from that segment.

Everyone else touched on the other things i wanted to say. Other than that, good job ladies. If you guys work on your energy and maybe get bump up your roster by a few girls, you'll look way better
