Best daangs?

Hey I just wanted to know what people use for daangs? The girls in our team find actual daangs a bit too heavy so we've been using PVC pipes. I find the PVC pipes too light and a bit hard to control.


Suggestions?

wooden dowel rods also work really well - http://www.bairdbrothers.com/Poplar-C96.aspx


we've used the 1" diameter rods, and they are pretty comfortable... two coats of black/dark brown primer spray paint and you're in business.

If you put PVC pipe caps on each end, and attach flags to one or both sides, they become heavier and easier to control.
