Anyone know any links to good products for vardiyaan & prop storage? That can be used to transport them easily and cheaply? Like those rolling storage bins or ski bags for khunde? Even those vacuum bags for vardiyaan?

Our old bins are getting little overused and wanted to keep the vardiyaan clean and neat.

Hey,

We had a lot of these similar problems haha. What ended up working for us was having each dancer take care of their own vardi/khunde/saap during practice time, and during competition season, we would transport vardiyan in separate garment bags (easy to get these for free from companies that sell suits and have them left over), all the khunde in a bag deisgned for snowboards, and all the saaps in a large check-in suitecase.

Good luck!

Hey,
For our saaps, we typically have each person carry them individually. For khunde we use the ski-pole bags/snowboard bags. For vardiyaan-we tryed the vaccuum seal bags-but for some reason never got around to vaccuum sealing them and it just made the vardis more disorganized. So we now just use a standard fairly durable plasticbox where we put all the vests, kurte, chaadres salwar kameez. And then we put all the kante, taweeds, phuman, chunnis and paghs in the other box. All the phuman, kante and taweeds are all in labelled plastic bags in the box.
Hopefully this helps!
