Hey everyone,

After 2 years; unfortunately, Bhangra At The Bell will not be happening in 2015. We had the opportunity to do something that was never done in the city of Philadelphia, bring a lot of great teams to our competition and work with/meet some great people! At the end of the day, the competition was done purely for the love of Bhangra, as every organizer can agree how hard it is to run a competition. With that being said, we would like to thank every team that applied to our competition, we appreciate the way we were welcomed into the Bhangra community a couple years ago.

For the teams that had the chance to take stage, it was a pleasure to watch you guys and the memories will be cherished forever! We hope you enjoyed it just as much as we did and were able to take something away from Bhangra At The Bell. Thank you once again everyone for the love and support over the past couple of years!!

Congrats on running one of the best competitions in the circuit the past 2 years my man. Bhangra at the Bell was organized, competitive, and just a ton of fun - everything that a competition needs. I can't say enough about the way you ran it - phenomenal. Wish you the best of luck, and hope we can bring Bell back one day!

Rahul man - I never could imagine how close we would have gotten after 2 years of BATB. The amount of work you did for the Bhangra community in the past couple of years is astonishing. Everyone who walked into Bell knew right away that the whole weekend was planned to perfection.


One of your greatest strengths was your ability to reach out to others and take feedback in such a positive manner, and go back and implement any suggest changes. Your humility and competence as a competition organizer was always impressive. Congratulations on all of your success with Bhangra at the Bell. You've gained a bunch of brothers and sisters throughout this process who have nothing but love for you!

So sad to hear this news about Bhangra at the Bell. Truly one of the best competitions we had in the circuit.

As other mentioned earlier, a big thank you to Rahul and to your entire organizing team for all the hard work you guys did to put this event on for the teams, the Philly crowd, and for the bhangra fans around the world at large.
