Just to clarify, on the flyer it says 14 teams compete for 1 grand prize..so does that mean theres no 1rst 2nd 3rd..theres only one placing?

I'd rather keep all the teams competing against each other and just increase the number of placings. Categories just dilute the competition, and most people end up only caring about one category (usually the male one). For girls teams especially we want to be able to compete against top teams of all types instead of being forced into only competing against each other. If you're going to divide teams into categories, I actually think it makes more sense to separate based on style (modern/traditional/live etc.) instead of gender. It's a lot harder to judge Empire vs. Heeray than Empire vs. an all male or female modern team.
