Hi, guys glad to have joined the forum. I'm not part of a team but am a local promoter in Houston, TX and would like to host a Bhangra competition Spring of 2013, then have it each year going forward, if it is successful. As we all know these events take much planning and I would like to get to started now. I would like to have 8-10 teams. If you are part of or know anyone that is part of a team and are interested please reply. I'll continuously post updates as they happen, once I have had the commitment from the teams. Thanks. 8) ;D

It will be in March 2013. I'm still promoting it and getting teams whom interested. Once I have them committed I'll get sponsers lined up and a venue. I can't have a show without teams, they will be the main attraction other then the performer. There will also a cash for the winning team as well. If you want to commit your team you can inbox me the details. I have 2 teams committed so far, I need 6-8 more teams. And as I progress I'll send you guys more details. Thanks.

Dallas De Gabroo is a professional performing team in Dallas. We're going to be replacing the name of the team this month to suit us better since we do have females on the team. We're definitely interested in participating in the competition this coming Spring!

it will prove nothing.... its just a hassle to email you for a packet? ... its annoying its so hard to get information on a comp! its eaiser just to come onto a forum or a website download whats needed and send in whats needed. its easier to just go to a website or a page that has every drop of information about a comp rather then messaging you back and forth back and forth ... saves teams time and saves them from having to deal with crap like that ...rajmirza said:

if they have any further questions they will contact you directly or have them contact someone you have just only dealing with questions..
save yourself time//effort your making this comp setup so much harder for yourself ..
also the more sketch you are with this comp the more people that will not come to this ... because of the sketch stuff others have done( which have been already stated ... ) people in the bhangra scene dont want to deal with bs that they could just avoid..
