Blaming ignorant statements on others? Sounds like something those intolerant republicans that we've come to hate do... :Vick said:8 years of uneducated leadership has led me to make uneducated statements... It's Bush's fault...
Yea pretty much... I'll even it up, Nancy Pelosi is an annoying bitch... Obama needs to glue her ass to the seat the next time he addresses the nation...kinnell said:Blaming ignorant statements on others? There's nothing Indian about Jindal... The fact that he's gaining power in the republican party surprises the shit outta me, I honestly have no clue about what Jindal has done for this country... It just goes to show how truly stupid the republicans are... I was pretty surprised that he was chosen to give the republican feedback or whatever, you would think those conservative fuckers would choose a legit white guy to do it... I guess Jindal is white enough for their liking...Kanvar said:all i'm saying is....do you as an indian-american want this guy to represent you on a national level...i'd rather have the singh is king guy from chicago.

Abe Lincoln - Republican
Lyndon B. Johnson - Democrat
The reason i say this is because, one was the greatest president in the history of the United States and the other falls almost on the bottom. Every party has had it's share of dumb idiotic presidents, but to base your views of the republican party on just one president is very ignorant as kinnel pointed out. Maybe in case you weren't aware of the history of the Democratic party, it hasn't always been very pleasant, i mean they did favor slavery and such. But once again your entitled to your own opinion. Just a note, I don't favor one over the other.
I have no comments about Jindal man....Jindals parents are Indian, not him...He was just born into the wrong family....It would be interesting to see Jindal going to Jalandhar now...haha
What I'm trying to get across is the fact you can't judge a person completely by their party. If you really want to go into how views were different than lets talk FDR...He was a democrat when democrats were viewed as conservatives, Truman, another democrat when they were considered conservatives....Oh lets go back to Herbert Hoover...ahhh the Liberal....Tuckerrrr said:gifty said:Vick,

the policies of democrats and republicans were switched back then...abe lincoln's policies are comparable to what we see as from democrats today relative to his opposing party. he was extremely radical in his views. the nation changed alot when he was president (that's why he was assassinated)...republicans today are conservative and resistant to change. therefore, he does not fit the label of the republican party as we see it today.
back then, the republicans were the liberal party and the democrats were the conservatives. lincoln was a liberal. ur example is thus misleading. continue to bash republicans haha jk

Conservative or Liberal, why does it matter so much? History has proven both can be successful as well as complete failures.
he's definitely not dumb. even though i disagree many things he stands for, i won't call him dumb. he was a rhodes scholarjvirk said:i heard bobby jindal speak on cnn...he is an idiot...straight up hes got to be one of the dumbest ppl in politics...ever...

shut up you instigator ;Djvirk said:im surprised we havent deviated to a discussion on traditional bhangra...
...should we start??
I think it's deathly obvious. He'd go straight traditional. I mean, the analogy stands:Kanvar said:i wonder how jindal would be as a bhangra judge? traditional to say he keeps with his roots....or modern?
