Brett Favre

Yes I know we've all heard way too much about it, but what are your thoughts? Personally, as a Jets fan I want him here. We don't have a QB that can perform, and despite the ridiculous amount of money it would require, we need Brett Favre in green and white.

From a non-Jets perspective, I think the Packers are handling a pretty messy situation in the worst possible way. I mean, offering him $20mil to stay in retirement? Really?

For his own career, he should go to the Vikings. From the Packers point of view, they should trade him to any team not in the NFC North.

I think it needs to get over with cuz I want to see something else on SportsCenter instead of this 24/7

Both sides are stupid for what they did. Favre for retiring when he shouldn't have and the Packers for saying Rogers is the starting QB and there are no questions asked. Packers should have just been like Rogers is starting for now, and if Favre wants to come back he can come and fight for the job and that way they could have had him start.

Overall this mess needs to go away.

He should go to the Niners... Manny Ramirez to the San Francisco Giants... All problems solved, and the bay area is once again alive... Atleast the Favre issue is something new, otherwise all we hear on ESPN is Yankees and Boston rhetoric...
