[Bruin Bhangra]

After a few recent dropouts from teams in our lineup we have been working to decide on replacement teams and we have come up with our final lineup. We would like to apologize for the delays but it was a long process after many teams were unable to find enough dancers to perform.

I don't know how I feel about this line up. It is definitely not 'stacked' with all star teams from NA, rather its like a Best of the Best for west coast bhangra teams ( plus VCU). West Coast's Missing-in-Action: KJ/LBC collab, Gabroo Shokeen & Heeray.

Either way, it's def some of the most talented teams on the west coast so it will be an entertaining show no matter what.

1. DRP / VCU (DRP has an edge though, more entertainment value + home crowd support)
2. VCU / DRP
3. 3D / NBA

Surprise attack: BMW <-- They have some good ideas and seem like a talented group of guys. If they get their act together they might place I feel.

One thing is for sure, this is THE YEAR OF THE CO-ED TEAMs (drp,vcu,3D,bhangra empire,columbia,drexel....)

I would have liked to see some of the teams from the old line-up perform another dance, but Waleed is right, this line-up is now Cali's strongest teams.
I like DRP/VCU as well

I know KJ was definitely in the original line-up, but I might have been mistaken, but was SGPD also in the original? I do remember the original line-up being mind-blowing and I almost bought a ticket to Bruin for that weekend.

Nonetheless, the line-up is super-tight. But I agree with Waleed, DRP and VCU will finish top 2 in any order. If judging favors more traditional, VCU, and if it favors more modern, DRP. But I'm sure anything can happen.

sgpd wasn't in the original lineup. teams that dropped out are: KJ, gabroo shokeen, ubc girlz, and duniya allstars. 1st and 2nd are def going to a coed team, vcu, drp, empire are especially going to be battling for top places. too bad duniya dropped or else it wouldve been an even crazier battle for 1st. im wondering how this new JATT team will look too, ppl are saying they have alot of experience so id assume they are going to be pretty decent.

for those of you who are wondering - we dropped because we couldn't get a full roster together. a few of us are still coming to party though.

i think the rdb band thing is a joke... those guys suck ass. busch league competitions get rdb/manak-e. its almost like "oh shit we dont have an artist! we can't get anyone... WELL LETS JUST ASK RDB"

hopefully the show will be good... im expecting sher to have a sick routine but there only issue is execution. there closest thing to a flawless performance was bruin 2 years ago (2nd place). so hopefully they can do something similar. i have a feeling they are going to come out wiht a ridiculous stunt.

vcu is deadly, i hope they add something different into their routine (gimmick) so that they have a shot at first. i think if they take their regular routine they will only get 2nd/3rd.
