BTF 2.0 idea?

I'm not sure how hard this would be to create and how quickly it can be done.... But i had this idea, and i think it would help alot of teams and dancers...

I know kinnell has discussed having a database of teams before, but to add to that i think it'd be very helpful to have a better database of members so that if a member isn't on a team and is looking for one, they can put that in their profile and teams nearby will be notified so it'd be easier for them to tryout. And add a function to the team database so if a team needs a couple more people they can put that in their database entry so people can contact them as well.

there is a db being created that has a list of teams, where they are from, and contact info. idk if btf members will also be listed.

The Competitions and Teams Listing (CTL) will have teams' information. I've asked Swi to be able to find local teams (for hiring or I guess recruitment) via a ZIP code search but I don't know how that works with US + Canada so I'll leave the specifics to him

would it be feasible to add it in the opposite way too? To have members put if they are looking for a team as well, and to be able search them if they decide to put their location?

Realistically, very few users will go and seek out that button "Add me!" or know it exists... They'll just come and say "hey guys im in XYZ and am looking for a team"
