Hey guys

I created a hockey pool for all you btf hockey fanatics. Join as soon as possible as the draft is held on Sun Oct 12 6:00 pm Pacific so 9:00pm for all you eastern folks.

If You cant attend the draft a team will be automatically chosen for you. The rankings for players are automatically assigned but you can personalize your personal player rankings.

do you have to update your roster a lot because of the daily games like basketball..?

nope, u can choose to leave ur roster the same the whole year.

but if one of your players gets injured i would advise you to pick up a guy from waivers.


ur basically creating a team, and every week you will go up against another team, (head to head format)

whoever has the most points between the 2 teams after each week will get a win.
points are awarded from (goals, assists, ppg, pkg, save percentage, shoutouts, penalty min, and so on)

well yeah but i dont want to join and just screw it up for everyone else by leaving in the same people even if they dont have a game on that day

you cant change your players everyday:S

you only have 4 people on your bench, the rest of the team has to stay the same throughout the week.
you get points on what your players do in the total week, you do not get points daily.

what i do is every couple of weeks i go through the schedule and change my roster for each day for which player is playing on that day, it is very easy to change your lineup because it shows you who is playing on what day. It took me about 10 min to go through and make all my lineups for the month of October.

yes sir, I signed up, but I thought the draft was at 6pm eastern... so i waited. and waited.

wait, this is different, I just read balraj's explanation... So we can change our lineups each day right, to match the players who are playing on that day. Lets say I have 5 skaters and 3 of them arent playing on one day, can I put 3 bench players who are playing that day as my starters, and then change them a day later?

Yea... you can change your players everyday... Bench those that dont have games and start those that do....

the draft will not happen if we do not get another team on board
we need an even number of teams for the pool to take place
