Actually when you signed up you signed a registration agreement, and somewhere in there you forfeit the rights of habeas corpus, right to a speedy trial, trial by jury, free speech, 5th amendment rights, and all trophies won in any future competitions to me. Didn't read it thoroughly enough, huh?

ur english got screwed up around "all trophies won in any future competitions to me"....and as far as i see you claim that 1 of the attritubtes u wud like to see on BTF is:
"Respect: As this site hopefully grows, I'd like to invite some main members to become community moderators. They won't be there to make sure you don't hurt anyone's feelings or don't put down any team's performance. Even if you do it with a nickname. (We would appreciate people identifying what teams they are on, etc.) What will not be appreciated is offensive and disrespectful slander aka 'trolling'. This gets to the features."

so you do have the right to free speech---or more the privilege to free speech....and once u infringe on another's rights than is ur membership on btf well yoo ur just guilty after that then all of the following apply: no right to a speedy and just trial, no right to kno what the charge is, no right to a lawyer, no right to plead the 5th, no right to a trial by jury, etc, etc ,etc......so i havent infringed on any1s rights yet hopefully so im good

I'm pretty sure your right to a speedy trial isn't taken away if you troll on BTF...

Wait, Parul, did you take me seriously??? BTF will not infringe on your right to a speedy trial as Dheerja said hahah... Let's put it this way: you have the moderator-given right to free speech given it adheres to the policies and spirit of BTF as judged and upheld by the moderator team. Moderators' decisions are final and un-appealable. The only reason those policies are not cause for alarm is because we have such an excellent, level-headed team of moderators (Waleed, Sulman, Nikhil, Arjun, and if I may say so myself, me) who strive to moderate justly and proportionately to the situation. I don't know if that answers the question because I didnt understand after the first sentence ??? I hope you realize that any jokes made by me (and certainly it seems Meistro and others) are in good fun and not out to deride anyone!
