You guys are forgetting about sheed and big baby. They are both physical players that have had their moments frustrating gasol and odom in the past.

And tony allen can make better plays, plays better defense (my opinion), and is just as quick as farmar or shannon brown.

It will actually be a pretty even series cuz each team has advantages at certain positions. But the celtics ARE old and the lakers DO have a HUGE chip on their shoulder from 08. If lakers don't let 08's loss get to them in a BAD way (hesitating while taking shots, relying on help defense more than they should to bail them out, etc)...if lakers can harness that anger in a good way....

lakers will repeat as champs.

never underestimate the referees. kg and big baby run moving picks on EVERY play. pierce grabs on to jerseys and overall the team plays dirty. that threw the lakers off in 08. plus we got screwed out of a comeback in game 2 of the finals in 08 when we were down by like 18 with 5 minutes left and nearly tied it before they called some bullshit fouls on the lakers.

i like to think of myself as a rational person but i wish death upon all boston celtics and the ones they love. i am heartless.

Garnett has the upper hand on Gasol.
Perkins has stopped Dwight Howard in his tracks, so Bynum won't be anything. Very underrated defender.
Kobe has the upper hand on Ray Allen
Pierce will crush Ron Artest like he always does; Only reason he slowed down was because he had to guard Lebron. You can see his true colors in the Orlando series.
Rondo for sure has the advantage on Fisher.

As for Odom, you can just stick Glen Davis on him or Rasheed Wallace and it won't be an issue.

Pierce/Artest is gonna be an awesome matchup. They're gonna put Kobe on Rondo and Fisher will be chasing Allen through screens. Jamison can't play D, and neither can Rashard- Pau is different because he's finesse on offense and a decent lengthy defender. I say LA in 7
