Chanjar Sound Effect

Does anyone have the "chanjar" sound effect that van city uses at 4:45 - 4:56?

Idk about the effect, but what you can do is take a sample of a tambourine and really tune it up so it sounds like a jhanjar..closest souding sfx you can get.
