DCMPAA at T-Dot Bhangra 2012

Below is a video of our performance at T-Dot this weekend. It's a bit lower quality, so do stay tuned for a better quality video soon. Our dancers for this team were:

Red - Arnab Sarker, Jyoti Saini (Best Female Dancer)
Blue - Jiggy Singh, Sakhi Singh
Green - Jaskirat Saini, Shreya Kundur
Purple - Maneet Singh, Jessie Saini
Dholi - Amrinder (Nana) Singh Pannu
Singer - Aman Singh Dhaliwal

On behalf of DCMPAA, we are so happy to have been a part of T-Dot this weekend. It was a great experience for this team whose members ranged from 11 years old all they way to 25. Big ups to our liasons Chase and Sharon (voted best liasons!!)...it was fantastic working with you guys this weekend.

i dont think this is said enough:

It is amazing to see youngsters performing at this level. for an 11 year old to have the will and discipline to learn and execute the routine as they did is amazing. Not to mention the guts they have to compete. It is a big testament to DCMPAA and the foundation it lays for young ones. Shout out to Nana: You're doing great things bro!

(i'm not discrediting any junior team as I know this happens everywhere. I just don't think enough credit is given to the organizations that foster this)

this video does not do justice to Aman's singing. hearing him in person was simply AMAZING. not to mention that him and Nana complement each other soo well. i hope i get to see more of this duo in the future. also hats off to the young dancers of dcmpaa. keep up the hard work and you will hands down be some of the best dancers in the circuit in the near future

these kids have a bright future ahead of them, dancing to dhol at such a young age is just amazing, nana just st8 snapped, best dholi in the circuit, and aman snapped on boliyan first time hearing him live dude went off keep it up dcmpaa

Nana the amount of dedication your dancers have to a particular art form is truly inspiring. Every single dancer on that team, regardless of age, has shown an incredible passion for the dance and shows the efforts of great teaching. Great performance, and it is incredible that a 12 year old was best dancer. Just wow.
