That's proper. I remember after Blowout 18 mad people were hating on them because they got 3rd, even though their performance was probably one of the best they've ever had!


Hoping to see big things from VCU at Bhangra Blowout 19.

Exactly what I was thinking.
Nothing away from VCu and bruin , who Im sure of both put on great shows, but BK ,a little over a month before elite and not placing , is a surprise.

BK definitely brought it. They were fun and entertaining to watch as always. I think what hurt them is their number of mistakes. It seemed like a lot of things just went wrong for them. Everything from sapps being overextended and locking up, falling on stage, someone's chadra was too low. But all of these are easy fixes and I'm sure they'll be ready for Elite

Congratulations to all the placing teams! I honestly wasn't too impressed with Bruin Bhangra though. I heard that BK had some mistakes and weren't as clean as they could have been but I wanted to give props to BAR-B! they have improved so much from their last performance at Bruin! And I love their new fits as well Special shout out to Ravi <3 (thanks for helping ampd place in canada! haha)

We would like to congratulate all the teams for putting on a great show! DDA XIV was an awesome lineup and each team brought it hard!


Besides that we would like to thank all the teams for being so nice and helpful! All the teams went out of their way to help us with anything we needed and it was really awesome!


Also big props to the DDA XIV commitee for really making us feel at home! Sunny and Adam were there to help us all weekend and it was quite impressive! Really recommend this competition to all teams in the future!


This weekend our team had a lot of fun and met a lot of cool new people, thank you all for the kind hospitality!
Special shout outs to Gurdev from BMW, Dhaliwal Paaji from Gabroo Punjabis, Sumit, Harman and Bannerji from BK, Ajit from 3D, Steve from Gabroo Shokeen, Gtv, Kamal aka Yankee Saini, G Singh, the Cal Bhangra guys, Harman from NSG, Jackie Thind, Iqwak Bhurji and last but not least Swi the dosa man! Sorry if I forgot anyone, still recovering from traveling all day!

- pagg came off, I agree! But you can't ignore their performance.

- Bruin Bhangra does Bhangra like every other Bhangra team! lol ( right? ) , so don't be surprised if they placed over BK, Barbie, etc.

- be a man and accept it! If they placed they must've earned it! If anyone disagrees, become a judge at the next comp and have your favorite team place 1st, 2nd, or even 3rd. (maybe then you'll be happy!)

@ VCU - well deserved. Loved your guys performance. Luckily I could find time to see you guys perform. N' thanks to our coach, Paggs came out nice. N glad I could help out a little! Agreed. Even though their stunt at the end didn't go too well, their performance was still amazing. I didn't get to watch all the music teams but from what I saw Bruin was clean.
