Derrick Rose ACL injury?

Title pretty much self explanatory but early reports suggest Rose tore his acl in his right knee (first acl injury was in left). If all is true damn I feel for Rose. No player deserves this to happen to them and even though I hate the Bulls I was really looking forward to a playoffs with every star healthy. Hopefully the test were off and Rose just has a sprained knee but things look bleak :(

He walked out on crutches and couldn't walk himself to the locker room. The way he hurt his right knee looks very similar to his ACL Injury in 2012 :/ Not a Bulls fan but I feel for him too.

In the event it is a torn ACL I wonder what the Bulls do . Do they blow it up and tank for a good pick (seems highly unlikely to me because Thibs is so competitive)? Or do they decide to play it out and let everyone walk in free agency except for Noah? It's even possible that Deng may be dealt at the deadline, rumors about him have been spreading since last year. Tough time to be a Bulls fan with all this uncertainty.
