i was curious to see if there were any other Dexter fanatics on btf (the showtime one, not dexters laboratory) ... season 5 premieres on sunday night and i havent been able to contain my excitement ever since the best moment in television history occurred AKA the season 4 finale. Dexter-heads where you at?!

Not really bro, there are actually plenty of fans. In fact, TV.COM's top 100 most popular TV shows list Dexter at number 10 above Family Guy and Entourage. I think the vast majority of my friends do watch the show, but will rarely admit it publicly in front of a group of people due to the dark nature of the show. "ZOMG I LOVE IT WHEN DEXTER CUTS THEM INTO LITTLE WITTLE PIECES. IT FEELS SO SATISFYING AND EMPOWERING. AH NOM NOM NOM" doesn't really go over too well.

Disagree completely. Entourage is about our boys and seeing how they get to the top. We hate to see them get in trouble because we absolutely adore them and we want them to become superstars. The season wasn't as baller as in the past because we saw things starting to get out of control and slowly going downhill for the gang. After the finale, you could see that the season simply set-up for the finale and what will probably be a great follow-up season.

I mean, Vince not only losing out on a phenomenal movie deal, but becoming a crack addict. Furthermore, getting CAUGHT with it. Ari losing not only his respect, his swagger and his NFL team, but in the finale, losing his wife as well. Turtle, clearly over his head, with the tequila business and Drama struggling to make ends meet. And E, about to take on Murray for the company when it's obvious that E hasn't seen all of his cards. The next season can only get better for the gang, but this downfall is needed to contrast the good times. They will get back up there - "HOW" is why we'll keep watching.

Decline is all good. Just wasn't well done. It didn't have me on the edge of my seat. I watched about half the season, EAGER for it to pick up... and not until about 5-6 episodes in were things actually popping off in any way. FAR TOO MUCH DRAG, you lose interest that way. It was a lack luster season, and in my opinion the worst, and NOT because everything went wrong... it was jsut lacked that "omg shit just HIT THE FAN" feeling. though the K.O. punch at the finale was fun , i'll leave some mystery there for others.

i was so disheartened when his leukemia got bad and there were possibilities of there not being a fifth season, but im glad he got through it and a whole new season awaits!

and as for entourage, cant wait for the movie to come out, there saying 5 episodes for next season then a feature film

howd everyone like the new season? i expected it to be slow following the events from the finale, but i still liked it a lot. the scene where he FINALLY shows emotion was bloody intense. from here on out i know its only going to get better!
