Did any notice where the judges were sitting for Bruin?

They were in the front row, little off center to the left. Now I've sat in the front row before, it was next to impossible to see the whole team perform as one unit. When you are that close up, you can usually focus on a group of individuals, but you can't focus on the team as a whole. How could the judges possibly see any of the formations properly from that close up? Do judges usually sit in the front row? And this was also the first time I've seen a committee actually point out where the judges are seated(I havent been to a competition in a while, so maybe I this is normal these days). I always thought judges were spread out or seated somewhere where they could see the intricate details of the dance and also see all of the formations(the lines, etcc) properly. Sh*t if I was captain and I knew that the judges were that close, I'd tell some of the finer girls on my team to bat their eyes a little at the uncles(whatever it takes to win right?)... hahahahah....

the best place for judges is in the front row of the balcony. you can still see expressions and energy and all the moves, and you can see the formations. and for the organizers to point out to everyone where the judges are is just asinine.

Yeah last year they sat on the edge of the stage, literally. If you watch the GTV footage from last year you can see the judges at the front edge of the stage.

Haha, I remember last year I was sucking so bad on stage that before Putt Jattan De when we squatted low, I winked at one of the female judges and she shook her head at me. Also, when "Kali teri guth" went into the ghetto remix, Hans saw a judge shake his head... It's pretty cool to have the "instant feedback".

Yea they were dead in front, Bash had em on the balcony i think, and DDA had them on the left side of the balcony.

I agree that its better from up top because everything comes together from that position.

Lets make a pact right now so we can once and for all get rid of this contraversial seating bullshit. WHen you get into a competition just request to have the judges sitting in the BALCONY. im serious, yall better do it. Its not fair for everyone to kill each other at practices over formations but then go to a competition and find the judges dumb heads poking at us from the front row rather than the balcony!!!!!!!!!!
