Digital Media Adapters - Roku Vs. Apple TV vs. Asus O!Play

hey, i was wondering if you guys had any personal experience with these...
I have a roku box but i hate it's limited functionality...quality is great and all but i'm looking for more than just being restricted to watching Amazon (expensive!?!?) and Netflix movies...
1) I only have a 720p TV (not going to be upgrading any time soon...) so 1080p doesn't faze me
2) I am looking for a DMA that allows me to stream what's on my computer directly to the TV (i.e. is it possible for me to wirelessly hook up my comp to the TV WITHOUT an HDMI cable...). I need this for playing movies, or watching lecture videos (that i speed up 2x and the computer is necessary for this)
3) YouTube watching would be great (which roku doesn't do...?!?!?)
4) not looking to pay more than 120 bucks tops
5) I download a shit ton of torrents and need good range of file compatibility as far as file formats go
6) subtitle-compatible would be awesome\
7) don't care about wireless connection to the router b/c my router is right next to my TV

ATM i'm leaning towards the O!play but thought i'd ask if you all have any other suggestions...

that's actually pretty sweet! the only thing this is lacking is the ability to play files directly off a harddrive (not a comp...b/c some of my comps are a bit too slow to support 4gb+ .mkv/bluray files). but thanks so much! def will consider this since it's one of the first things i've seen that will be good for playing my lectures off of.

Then I'd go with Oplay as well. The wireless N version would probably be ideal for streaming off the net. I'd generally stay away from apple TV considering how limited the playback capabilities are and price lol.
