Holy goat ballsss that salute shit you did at the end made the hair on the back of my neck stand up lmao
This is an extremely entertaining set in terms of creativity, this goes to another level you took all the simple moves and you put a sick twist to it I would just say clean up a little because at the end I love that you went with the 16 man ending but it looked kind of messy like when you did the thing with your arms going in a circle everyone doing it at a different speed. Also not feeling the whole scubadiving thing it didn't fit into you fauji theme I think. But other then that I have nothing bad to say the saap segment was sick the daang part was sick the jugni was on point the phumynina was dope and the Jhommer was Ill.

Another thing I think that would've put this 2nd or even 1st would've been just one big gimmick like aeg had the whole girl thing and empire had the metamorphism trick. If you guys had just one more trick you would've deffinetly placed higher

I have to disagree with the whole "one more trick" idea. I think the set had plenty of gimmicks and tricks and variations on the FAUJ theme--enough to fulfill anyone's longing for creativity. And scuba thing might have been excessive, or maybe I just didnt understand it. In any event, it was not a lack of tricks that hurt you. If you guys had been cleaner and higher energy, you might have had a shot at placing higher.

Overall, I loved the set-- the creativity, nuance, and flair. So many things were outside the box, while still keeping it recognizable as bhangra. Of course, smiles would have been nice. But great job, and keep bringing it!

The part that really "blew" my mind was that guy in the orange vardi (on the very right) moved from front to back at around 0:39 seconds and stepped on a land mine but never disintegrated.

Props on fighting through it orange guy!

hahaha Good thing we brought reinforcements then! And we'll be sure to check all the mines next time to make sure they're not duds and actually work. Can't have soldiers getting out of line haha

I liked the set a lot, very nice to see a team with pretty consistent style among its dancers. I'd like to see a bigger emphasis on choreo than on the theme because you guys definitely don't need to rely on the theme to perform well, but I also understand that it's BBC and not a more traditional competition. One criticism I have is that energy was not consistent among dancers at the end, which shouldn't have been an issue as your set was only about 6 minutes long (without the intro/pauses in the routine). I also feel that the facepaint prevented the audience from properly seeing nakhra. Other than that, it was a very entertaining set, you definitely repped Boston hard.

that was reallllly really good. great ideas, great execution. some were over the top sure, like the punches in phumnia, but they were redeemed by things like the roundhouse kick right after, or the ending segment with an addition of 4 guys. That only makes me want to see a 16 man set that adds 4 guys at the end! haha, or at least wonder why you guys didn't go 16!!

more seriously, there's a little bit of over-showmanship or simply too much energy coming from some dancers at parts, a little too thrashy. take for example Cherag's punjab around 3:40 or the left green guys "punch downward move" around 3:23. just standardize that kinda stuff and clean up the lines, and I see this team being unstoppable.

Sick. Out of what I've seen so far, I enjoyed your dancing the most. Of course there are always things to work on, but you already know what those are. Wish I'd seen it live, you guys look incredible in the video.

Couldn't have asked for a better closing performance.

I agree with this too. There's JUSTTT the right proportion of tricks to bhangra, just needed a little more cleanliness and standard energy. Keep that balance! Scuba thing kinda made sense but I can see it being confusing.

Note: I'm writing this purely from memory of watching the performance live.

Sicckkkkk. This was a stellar performance. It was entertaining, well-executed, and kept my attention the entire time.

I recognize that you guys have ur own style and I like it. You're def comfortable w/ yourselves and what you do. from here i hope you just clean up a few things, i.e. in khundey set guys are holding khundey in different directions, different angles. Also, the mix could have been better. Song selection was fine but i don't think the mix did you justice. multiple parts didn't hit hard enough and the vocals were drowned out.

I assume the extra emphasis on the army theme was because of veteran's day which was friday... however i think that was lost on most people b/c it wasn't clear enough. I'm not sure i would have even realized it was veteran's day, but I did only b/c i work at a bank so i knew it was a paid holiday.

CONGRATS again - this is def a performance that i want to watch multiple times, and I'm truly looking forward to ur next performances. I'm a fan. Best of luck!!

PS - pleease make ANUP SINGH DULAT aka ASD keep dancing!

The thing I like about this team is their attention to details and it shows in this set. The gimmicks were very strategically placed throughout the set to keep the crowd entertained and the BHANGRA segments were still showcased very well.
+1

awesome set, very enjoyable. Other than some energy issues I think if the mix had been stronger it would've made this set even more memorable. Congrats on the placing guys, definitely a force to be reckoned with.
