Hello everyone,


First off, FCB would like to thank the entire Bhangra in the Burgh committee for throwing another successful show in Pittsburgh! The community here really loves and needs experiences like this, and we're grateful to have such a large event held nearby year after year!


Secondly, congrats to Cornell and GMU for the placings, and big ups to the rest of the teams that competed for having great performances! It was a joy to watch all of the other bhangra teams and exhibition teams at the show.


BIG THANK YOU to

• Kedar and Anwesha (our liaisons). You guys were amazing! So much fun hanging out with you guys, luckily the fun doesnt have to stop after burgh (movies friday or something??).
• CMU Bhangra for all the support and love! I dont think there is a more lively and energetic team out there
• Pitt PantherRaas- thank you guys so much for everything!! FCB LOVES PANTHERRAAS.
• Roohi, Nisha, Swi, Jasmeet (JSK), Veem, Ricky, Abhishek, Dhir, Jay, Sachin, and all of the FCB Alums that made it out (leaving this open to add more names later)

We would also like to thank our 15th man on stage- the crowd! You guys made this night so special for our team. The energy in the building was insane, and dancing for you was truly our treat! I hope every dancer gets to have an experience like this at least once in their career!

I have always loved watching FCB performances. The genuine joy you see from each one of your dancers is something that just cannot be taught. That was clearly evident in this performance! I especially enjoyed your variation of phumaniyan! Great job and congrats on 1st place! Looking forward to seeing the GTV video!

Wow! Super quick 1st place winning performance upload. THANK YOU for that First Class Bhangra!

Super impressed to see where you guys have gotten to as both individuals & as a team. I still remember the days when a lot of the older guys just started competing.

Great set and very well executed. There were some minor hiccups/technicalities here and there that I noticed, but overall the set was very clean. The song selection and the mix was awesome. I hope you guys release it soon

The crowd was definitely behind you guys as evident in the video. As Pavbhanji91 stated, I look forward to seeing the performance from Harjot's straight on GTV video angle.

you have taught the young dancers super well, and as a team dance so much "heavier" and stronger than before. very clean dancing. the choreo is great but thats nothing new.

Man i really really wish that teams would honestly prepare there sher's more I don't even want to watch the video after that sher and I only say that b/c a sher is really important to the performance. Surr was off the ending of the Hikk was off, it needed work ... But i did watch it anyways and it was a good performance

yaaaaa im sure if you were on a team and had to do a sher on stage you would do it perfectly everytime cuz you're so talented and "folk" bro every team should just have u do a sher at every performance since u seem to be the expert

Its not about being perfect or whose the better singer, its about going on stage and taking in the experience.
If you honestly think I was that bad, I would appreciate it if you'd put up videos of how to sing so I can learn from you.

Bro listen man you don't have to apologize to me who am I you did the best you could do. I didn't mean to come off as an asshole or arrogant but there was room for improvement like I was saying the Surr at the end of the hikk for example needed work just the way you ended it. and idk some minor fixes in there too but bro don't take what I said offensively man just keep doing what you do. You're right its absolutely about going out there and having a good time with your boys I'm just a hard critic sometimes but its also about trying to be a 100% at anything you do despite the time limit and other excuses man and if you think you did bro that's all that matters. it was dope overall maybe one day we'll sing together brotha I'm not perfect either bro I have room for improvement there always is b/c you can do so so much Vocally and explore different ranges and every small little thing. But bro If you like want examples of top notch like solid sher's bro there out there just got too look at the right ones man

Finally FCB gets the Burgh win. Literally all of CMU Bhangra was more interested in FCB's placing than anything else.
Incredible that you guys pulled it together and got such energy out of entirely new and young dancers. That makes it all the more impressive.

Every single formation and "showstopper" hit perfectly and was on point. Shout out to my man Ravi, love watching you dance.

First Class Bhangra has got me feelin some type of way haha. Congrats to my brothers at FCB on absolutely bringing down the house. Celebrating with you boys on stage and at the after party was a great experience and the pure joy I saw from each of you made for a memorable weekend.
