Whats up BTF? Here is our 2nd place performance from Bruin 2016!
A few shout outs that are well overdue:
-Congrats to DRP for a well deserved 1st place, BASS and Empire for 3rd, and all the competing teams at Bruin this year. Everyone brought their best which made for one hell of a show.
-Our liaison Bhagat and the rest of Bruin committee - Sukhi, Jasmine, Saira, Simran, Guransh, Vaibhav, Eva and everyone helping side stage. Bruin is always a great competition because you all do an amazing job to put on the best show possible.
-The stage people at Orpheum. They don't get as much credit as they deserve but they helped us a lot with our rigging on Sunday morning.
-The team uncles (my dad and Raj Unce) for not only coming to the pre-party with us but driving us around LA to every single Home Depot possible to pick up things we needed.
-Our First Class Family that came to LA (Anand, Shalini, Suji, Rajesh, Disha, Shahana, Sukh, Sandeep) as well as those that gave us critiques and helped fill spots leading up to the competition (you the man Hardik).
-Harjot for kicking it with us and for the amazing video. Cant wait for the next one!
-Furteelay for also watching the OKC-Warriors game during the mixer so we didn't feel as bad for doing it.
-Tune Squad for letting us borrow kainthe (and for destroying our airplane :
)
-CMU Bhangra for booking us practice rooms and always pushing us to do our best.
-All 20 of our dancers and Tejas for every single thing that was contributed to this performance. All the dancing, choreo, gimmick ideas, video editing, critiques, spray painting, running practice, or acting like general goofballs wouldn't have been possible without all of you.
