perhaps it should of been explained a bit better as to what gatka exactly is - in my OPINION its just another form of martial arts and if taek won do, jiu jitsu, etc...are all promoted as very good "anti-drugs"...well then id say gatka is just another form of that! i think the judge himself doesnt know much at all if anything about gatka nor does he know about the problems youngsters are facing in punjab such as the above stated problem: drugs.

I don't think Sajid is really criticizing Gatka as a martial art form or how its practiced. He's just saying that he doesn't like to promote a child on television with a weapon because it would encourage children to engage in violent acts..period.
i dont get it. whats the difference between the 24 year old guy and the 4 year old kid holding weapons? my little brother watches wrestling and there always like jumping off ropes and tackling eachother but the wrestlers aren't kids there mature men? yet my little brother still wants to try what they do on t.v, so basicly i think if other kids that are watching a show and want to do something they see on t.v, they'll do it. i dont think age matters.
