Wow I'm shocked.
If Gabroo Shokeen dropped out, maybe it was because of last-minute issues. Unfortunately, I think that happened before this year at another competition.
From an organizer's point of view, this is the worst thing that can happen to you so close to the date of the show. It's really disappointing when you have no control over it!
