This calls for a "What Would You Do?" experiment. We need to get to the bottom of this

You're asking on a bhangra forum where just about all of the users have a bhangra background or currently do bhangra, I'm sure you're getting some biased opinions haha

I think you took his post wrong, Rip was referring to fusion competitions so comps that arent just focused on bhangra and the girls (non-bhangra implied) that participate in those.

yeah sorry i should have clarified haha. basically like itsG said, by fusion i meant a non-bhangra competition. Usually teams in that circuit involve bhangra, raas, hiphop, classical, and other dance styles all into one set. Its interesting to dance bhangra (real bhangra, not fusion style bhangra) at those afterparties and get looks lol

personally, boys get BIG plus points in my book if they can dance.

but on the other hand it can also be disastrous and you can accumulate TONS of negative points...

I'll break it down:
Can dance but you're a douche bag -300
His arms are flailing and hit people/me in the face -100
Stomp on my foot -200
Super drunk think you're the shit kind of dancing -300
Crowded dance floor and you're dancing like you're on an empty stage -100
Dancing and you spill my drink -500

all in all boys, don't be THAT guy....

p.s. i love how a majority of the posts on this thread are by guys lulz

Not to go too far off topic but I don't really understand the logic behind posting the video and insulting someone elses team just to make your point, grow up mate and there more experienced teams to use as an example of uk bhangra. Also, there are fusion comps here but I don't know if they include raas, usually bhangra/bollywood/hiphop as far as I'm aware there isn't much of a raas scene here. Avni you just upped the dude count!

lmao Avni I love you! She speaks the truth. But you forgot "Dancing and you spill your drink on me/my shoes". There's just no coming back after that kind of point deficit...

Well done Fes, I was waiting for someone to say something like that. Should not be insulting a team, definitely out of order
