I dont think I know of any girls team that is ready to go fully live as of yet. A lot of teams are developing and going live isn't easy. Like if I wanted my team to go live I'd want to make sure everyone can understand what beats are first. And at times its hard to explain that your dancing to this beat of this instrument rather than to this or the lyrics. Like sure, we think it'd be easy to go live. You have a phumaniyan beat ok go, you got your dhamaal beat go...But its so much more than just understanding the beats, like you also have to understand the style of live teams when they perform. And this came up in the discussion of when SGPD went live- are they dancing as a live team or is it their style? I think if you took a girls team and placed them on live they'd want to execute still as if they are on music. Unless you have a group of girls who are so used to that mindset of this is how a live team works than yaaa I'm sure it could be done, and I think that girls could soo pull it off because there as determined as the guys in the bhangra circuit to show what they have.
Oh and another issue, the singer. A lot of people are really picky about female singers versus male singers. To adjust to a male's voice is easy because he can never really sing in that soprano range (well punjabi singers rarely do). Yet, if a female's voice is too low or too high it can easily throw off the audience and not be liked. For example, if Miss pooja sings in an extremely high pitch voice that song is completely of the list for people, yet if she mellows it out a bit and still has that same tone shes still good.
