Obamacare/affordable care aict aims to increase the quality and affordability of health insurance, lower the uninsured rate by expanding public and private insurance coverage, and reduce the costs of healthcare for individuals and the government. The ACA provides a number of mechanisms—including mandates, subsidies, and insurance exchanges—intended to increase coverage and overall affordability. The law also requires insurance companies to cover all applicants within new minimum standards and offer the same rates regardless of pre-existing conditions or sex. The Congressional Budget Office projected that the ACA will lower both future deficits and Medicare spending. After experiencing all kinds of post highschool education and seeing successful people in all kinds of fields these are the things I've noticed:


Guaranteed Highest pay but most schooling: Doctor/Dentist or Lawyer from a (T15 school)
Highest pay with just a bachelors degree: Engineering/Computer Science, Finance/Accounting


Kids graduating with a BBA from schools like Univ. of Mich. Ann Arbor Ross School of Business start at around $65k (+/- 15K depending on your grades).
