Whats the difference between Graceful and Slow bhangra?

Firstly, grace has nothing to do with speed. Fast movements can be performed gracefully, too.
For bhangra to be graceful, it needs to performed with controlled movements that flow together well. No jerky movements. No flailing arms. The dancer must have a natural bounce in his step, which should automatically make the shoulders shrug. But the whole body (especially the arms & shoulders) must be loose for this to work. No stiffness. Back is kept straight, though.
There's more to it than that, but those are some of the main criteria for grace.
When a dancer has grace, his movements appear seamless and effortless, and this is what gives it that aesthetic appeal. It is a beautiful thing when properly executed.
