Groundshaker 2 Bhangra Competition

Dear Prospective Team,

This year, Nachdi Jawani/Punjabi VACA will be hosting the second ever Groundshaker 2 Bhangra competition on Saturday, August 30th, 2008, at the esteemed Living Arts Centre in Mississauga, Ontario. Punjabi Virsa Arts and Culture Academy is a non-profit organization primarily run by local youths. The goal for this establishment is to create awareness to promote and preserve the Punjabi Culture not only within the community but also to take it to other communities as well. Punjabi VACA was founded by Nachdi Jawani Bhangra group who has been striving to encourage the preservation of the Punjabi culture since 2001.

Registration packages will be available within this week, and will be due June 10th. Our website will also be launched within the next few days. Feel free to contact us about any questions/concerns you may have.

Teams will be announced most likely tomorrow, latest on Saturday. We are just waiting for a couple more confirmations from teams, once we have those, the lineup will be announced
