What you could do is take the next best dancer on the team...move them to the empty spot in the first jodi...and then find a replacement for whatever the new empty spot is. That'll make your job easier because now you're replacing someone at like the 2nd 3rd or 4th jori instead of having to bring in a brand new dancer to take that first jodi spot.

dont u guys have other dancers that cud be used as replacements..Usually most teams have more than 8 guys to make a roster from so that they have extras just in case this situation arises..cmon boys i noe u cud do sumthinnn

yea i like kanwar's suggestion...even though it won't be the same as the original team, it'll be the closest to it...manjot, u guys should really think about this because there are not a lotta comps out there that are for live teams...u guys need to show how sick ur team is like u did at avap

LOL...we had the same problem....one of the first jodi guys was supposed to go to new york...we convinced him to stay for the team...you guys gotta do the same or atleast find someone to dance further back in the lineup...this comp is going to be fun as hell would love to meet you guys there

we are all dying to see waris again or for those who havent......watch them live for the first time.......... after talkn to them, they just really want to look clean, and represent what type of team they are.....yes they COULD possibly go and get a dancer teach him a new set, but what are the odds that he is gonna come through perfectly? like someone said in previous post the replacement would have to dance the same STYLE of bhangra waris dances with, and that is what makes this difficult..... vanc to toronto isnt cheap and i think they would just like to go with there bhangra team at 100% its understandable
