not gonna lie, i actually have thought about this and the thought of not having ghar vaali roti at least 5 out of 7 days of the week scares me lol. i love my roti man!

but its wrong to say its the kuriyans fault ... we men are just as capable to make it but we're lazy as hell which isnt a good enough excuse. so if youre that worried about it, its never too late to start learning now. i got bhindiyaan, rajmaa, and pakoriyaan dhayee on lock ... i got like 100 other sabjis to master still!

i gotta have my roti n' sabji everyday! lol especially sukki sabji, such as saag, gaajran with aloo, bhindiyan with aloo, etc.

but my point was that, all the SASS's these days wants their "BAHOO" to know how to cook. lol but majority of the punjabi kurriyans these days, doesn't know how to cook; don't wanna cook; no one is there to teach em; or maybe they don't wanna learn how to cook. lol <<<<< very scary!

LOL! Reminds me of the time when I went to a North Indian restaurant in Barcelona, Spain and the owner of the restaurant was complaining how he had to teach his Spanish cooks how to prepare proper authentic Indian dishes and how they kept on adding their own Spanish touch to the entrees. I had felt rather adventurous that night and ordered Paneer Naan and to my surprise, I got a naan filled with Mac&Cheese. :O

i got roti on lock and a few other things...even homemade paneer 8) damn college teaches you things
but thats like emergency situations only...still gotta have a woman make it - it always turns out better


its like how ur mom and just magically iron shit better than you can no matter how hard you try at it.
