Headphones for TV/Movies + Games (ps3)

I looked through all the old headphones threads and most of them revolved around listening to music. I was just wondering if you guys could recommend me some headphones that I could connect to my tv/ps3. Also, if it has a built in sound card/amp that would be awesome because i dont have the three jack output on my laptop, so would connect through usb, although, this is not a big deal as I will be primarily using them on my ps3 and tv.

-Price Range= below 150

I looked at two headphones, the tritton ax720's and the pro's. Difference between the two is one is simulated 5.1 surround while the other is real 5.1 surround, any reviews on these (id like the mic on them for my ps3).

Although I would be using them for movies and games, it would be nice if they were half decent with music too.

gaming headphones are my forte. spent 6+ years dealing with them ... im at work right now but will give you a detailed response later. here's a quick tip though about triton's ... NO. i have 3 pairs and they are garbage. i keep them only cause they look rad and when people that dont know anything about headphones come over, they getna hard on when i let them use them
