boot into safe mode and change the theme, or boot into safe mode and use system restore to revert to your old registry before the change was made....

if dat dont work
get a external hard-drive(future-shop, best buy, etc.) and reboot your computer
external hard drives are life savers
i always back upp all my files incase some shyt happens to my computer
