We were the opening act for Miss Pooja (along with Bhupinder Gill, Surjit Khan, and handful of others) last month. Audience had to pay $35 to $45. Up front was $75 or something and included dinner with her afterwards. Was a big fancy high school auditorium. Place was pretty packed, though.

I think most the adults and good kids paid, but probably 20% snuck in or had "connections".

I'd pay an arm and a leg to see either Surinder Shinda or Kuldeep Manak if they ever came to do a show, which isnt bound to happen...

.......Not only are these guys great musicians, but they also know how to put on a good show. I'd pay top dollar for these guys (up to $100). They're not boring by just standing there and waving their arms around............I wouldnt even pay to watch Suriner Shinda. That dude came to the San Jose mela once and he was freakin high. Crappy showman too.
