? like in virtual dj if anyone has ever used it the song slows down before coming to a halt

this cannot be done in acid. u can, however, kinda of work around and fake it. with the use of many tempo-markers that are gradually slowing down to the minimal BPM (60? i think is the lowest acid allows) over the length of what u want to slow down.....then chop it up into segments and lower the pitch for each little segment so it seems like speed+pitch is slowing/going down....not authentic but gets the job done if u do it right

You cant do it in acid, but whatr you can do is use V. DJ, do the effect, export clip as mp3, and then use it in acid thats what i do when i need it. Simplest way to do it.

you can download this vst plugin called Glitch and use it in Acid Pro

One of the 9 effects it has in the vst is called tape stop, which you can manipulate to make it sound exactly the way it does when you use the brake effect on v. dj
