How to make a tilli for a dhol

Hey guys, I just wanted to know how I could make a tilli and wondering what type of wood you need to use to make one, and if anybody can give me a step by step list that would be awesome.

uhh...if you're in high school wood shop class. i say fuck the projectss and devote ur time to make daggey and tilliyan. thats what i did. tillis are hard becuz they dont have that same wood here in canada...especially in class. but u COULD get it somewhere.

But do you know the name of the type of wood that tillia are made from ?

I got bamboo from home depot but it wasn't the same as the tillis that i have.
i have a dark brown wood tilli and the one from home depot was green.
and do you know if you can get cane wood at home depot/rona any of those stores ?
