a normal adult will have 32 teeth in their mouth, 8 total in each quadrant, made up of 2 incisors, 1 canine, 2 premolars, and 3 molars, with the third molars commonly referred to as wisdom teeth, because they erupt around the age of 18. if there is no room for the wisdom teeth to fit properly in the mouth without causing the other teeth to become misaligned, it is often necessary to have them removed. the operation itself is painless, as you will be under heavy anesthetics, and will have soreness for a day or two. in the hands of a skilled oral surgeon, you should be back to normal within two days.
...those years at dental school were good for something :)

Are you a stall or urinal person? It depends on the environment for me and the equipment in the facility. I need minimal splashage.
