Is this what traditional Jhummar is supposed to be like?

The way in which each person comes up to act out the boliyan is very similar to giddha.

I don't think so. Traditionally, I've seen Jhoomer performed in a circle/square type of formation with no emphasis given to any one individual.

The more "gidha" type of skit action is something I have not seen in any traditional Jhoomer routine. Please enlighten/correct me if I'm wrong. The only "central" thing that I've seen take place is a mela scene.

Update: I have been informed by a close source, that this is Jhummar Giddha, as Gabroo Shokeen performed at DDA 2008.

No further questions on my end.
