Go read a couple books, understand the Guru Granth Sahib (if you have ever even read it...which I seriously doubt) then post about being "real" because all you are is a real dummy.

forgot to mention how true this is. But I understand Faizan's frustration because i feel it at times...
Punjabi Sikhs are really rude to Gora Sikhs and any other person who actually tries to do things right. I have been told many things that i shouldnt do (or dont have to do) for being a girl. Or trying to prove how ignorant i am about punjabi culture, when in fact i dont care about punjab as much as i care about Gurbani.

I don't hate the "Hindu government" because that is not accurate. Their were so called "Sikhs" like KPS Gill who are evil SOBS responsible for much of the destruction. I hate those who abused human rights regardless of what they called themselves. I am not looking for revenge, but justice. Justice for those women who lost their husbands and sons and were reduced to a life of poverty and heartbreak, to young boys and girls who grew up without mothers and fathers, justice for Sikhs who lost so much of our history in those years through the destruction of Gurudwaras. What we lost cannot be replaced. But justice is needed to heal the wounds which never healed.

So you realize their are Hindu Punjabis and Muslim Punjabis and Christian Punjabis and Atheist Punjabis, etc etc right? So the desire you have for "punjabis n sikhs should have there own country" makes no sense. You realize this right?

Is the modern day state of Indian Punjab not a proxy for a Khalistan? It is ruled by Sikh Leaders, has massive political influence by the SGPC, has one of the best economies in all of South Asia, and still has a relatively diverse populace (as the Anandpur Sahib Resolution said Khalistan would be, a country for all, not just Sikhs).

I mean, its not really going to get any better than that. If anyone thinks secession from the Union will solve the problems of farmers' suicide, drug trafficking, political corruption, and religious fanaticism, then they have been playing too many RPGs, cuz that shit is straight FANTASY.

On a side note: I love how all us N. American citizens/residents/immigrants are arguing over this shit, something that is completely out of our hands. I wish for a day where South Asians can be a strong, organized minority in this country. Learn a lesson from the Chinese or the Jews.

Of all that has been said on the topic of Khalistan, I found the part in bold to be very important. We all have to realize that even though we come from such diverse backgrounds(even diversity from within a state), that we are spread out in the US and that for us youngins to have a more positive impact on our culture we have to become a more organized minority in this country.
