Youtube tutorials. Find out as much as you can about EQing. High pass and low passing, and then give compression a look.

EQ and compression make up a good 80% of mixes I reckon, I'd watch, read, soak in as much as you can and keep practising. Once you feel like you've learnt them as much as you can, then move on.

Watch youtube videos, watch producers, mixer, etc.
Learn everything you can. Obtain samples on your own, dont ask for them.

ken Lewis was a huge inspiration/teacher that helped me expand my knowledge:

Go out of your way to learn about the art.

And biggest advice I can give is avoid the trap nonsense (aka tdot style mixes). You wont learn anything that way. Anyone can find a simple hat, kick, bass, etc and throw them on top. Learn to manipulate samples to your desire. Learn the ins and outs of mixing/producing.
Learn what each different plug in does (no 2 compressors are the same, or EQ, etc.).

And dont ever get hurt by what other people say about your mixes. Learn from what they say. If you expect to hear "its fire" "its hot keep at it" every time then dont publicly post you mixes. You should always take in what others say and try to better yourself.
